Welcome to Manitou Springs High School. My name is Jesse Hull, Principal of Manitou Springs High School. I am proud of our success at Manitou Springs High School in meeting the needs of every student. Manitou Springs High School offers a variety of college and career pathways to prepare students for the 21st century. As a high school of 500 students we offer courses of study through a challenging academic curriculum. Manitou Springs High School provides robust course offerings in science, language arts, mathematics, social studies, world language, art, physical education, music, computer technology, special education, career and technology education, concurrent enrollment, Advanced Placement courses and gifted/talented instruction. Students may also choose from many enriching extracurricular athletics and activities.
My professional goal is to serve this community with a world-class education that honors Manitou Springs School District's core values of deep learning, relationships and opportunity. Strong, dynamic and successful communities are built upon the strength and vibrancy of their educational institutions. I believe that Manitou Springs provides this environment.
My professional career in education began in Atlanta, GA as a high school teacher and coach. In 2005 I joined the Manitou Mustangs as a social studies teacher and wrestling coach. I have been a part of District 14's administrative team since 2012. In 2020 I was honored to become P
rincipal of Manitou Springs High School. I will always be a teacher at heart. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in History from East Stroudsburg University, a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (Social Studies Education) from Georgia State University, and a Master of Science Education from Walden University in Educational Leadership. By pursuing lifelong learning, I intend to be an example to students and teachers that we should never stop learning.
My wife, Amy and I have three children Jake, Alice and Lucy who all attend Manitou District 14 schools. I care deeply about Manitou Springs School District 14 and the commitment to our core values of deep learning, relationships and opportunity. Our family is proud to be Mustangs.
Jesse Hull, Principal at MSHS,
